Private Leverage exists to serve a community of borrowers that exhibit character, yet are underserved by traditional capital markets. We embrace economic empowerment as a solution to many of our client's needs, and look to provide leverage in the form of private lending to assist in their journey. Our relationships must create win/win/win solutions for the borrower, community, and Private Leverage.

Impact

Since 2017, we’ve committed over $20 million in leverage to underserved communities and neighborhoods throughout Texas.

100% of our loans were to Black and Latinx-owned businesses.
